I am a life coach who believes healing and growth happen when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
I hold a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville, where I studied to become a therapist and specialized in childhood trauma. I earned my Health and Wellness Coaching certification from the Health Coach Institute, allowing me to blend clinical understanding with practical, forward-moving coaching tools.
My work helps clients move through life with greater self-trust, clarity, and compassion. I work with men and women of all ages who are ready to reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change.
My coaching approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating life coaching, health and wellness, self-love, and spirituality. I believe lasting change happens when we honor emotional wounds, support the nervous system, care for the body, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose and inner wisdom.
I especially enjoy working with survivors of trauma, at any age, as well as individuals with spectrum disorders. I strive to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and non-judgmental — a place where you can slow down, feel seen, and move at your own pace.
Coaching with me isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are, learning to trust yourself again, and building a life that feels calmer, more aligned, and deeply your own.
